This is a beautiful portrait! My only critique would be for you to use the Smudge Tool on either side of the avatar's nose, to blur out the in-world mesh problem which causes the slodges of lighting. Other than that, it's perfect! I love the soft focus drawing the viewer's attention to the eye.. great work =)

yes, there is an issue with it, haven't noticed it before) and top of the nose maybe should be slightly out of focus.
