Privacy Policy details important information regarding the use and disclosure of
User information collected on the Koinup Sites. Koinup provides this Privacy Policy
to help you make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using the
Koinup and related web Sites.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Koinup Terms of Use. Your use of the Koinup
Sites and any personal information you provide on the Koinup Sites remains subject
to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

Legislative Decree d.lgs 196/2003.
Please note that any video, image, storyboard, text, comment, url or other content
posted as user submission (to see what is user submission read our Terms of Use) onto the Koinup Sites
becomes a "published and public" content and is not considered an information subject
to this Privacy Policy.
Informations collected by Koinup
- User Provided Information: You provide certain personally
identifiable information (such as your name and email address) to Koinup when choosing
to participate in various activities on the Koinup Sites such as uploading contents,
posting comments, subscribing to newsletters or other mailing lists, etc. These
informations are required to access all the features of the website. To access Koinup
features you don't have to provide us sensible and legal private-identifiable informations
(ethnical, religious, economical, political informations, etc).
- Cookies Information: When you visit the Koinup Sites, we
may send one or more cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric
characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Koinup uses
both session cookies and persistent cookies . A persistent cookie remains after

/ exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages,
pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular

The Way Koinup Uses Information
The Koinup use and/or disclosure of your private information is subjected to the
italian legislative decree d.lgs. 196/2003.
The following are the way we assume to uses the user's information we collect:
a) We can use your personal identifiable and/or not identifiable information to
operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Koinup
Sites.
b) Privacy Policy doesn't apply to the Contents you uploaded and published on Koinup.
c) We can use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable
information (such as anonymous User usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type,
clickstream data, etc.) to improve the quality of the Koinup Sites and to create
new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and
analyzing User preferences and trends. We also use non identifiable and impersonale
informations to promote and advertise the website or to create stats about the website,
their users and their behavior.
d) We can provide personally identifiable information and non-personally-identifiable
information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or other businesses which
work for Koinup and its website on legal, marketing, tecnological issues with the
purpose to improve the quality of the website or remove bugs, technological problem
and other stuff related to the maintenance and development of Koinup. We require

and for any reason. Koinup commits itself to mantain and assure the security of
your private identifiable and not-identifiable personale informations

the Koinup Sites, in which case Koinup may not be able to provide certain services

by visiting your account profile page.

making corrections. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique

Third-party Advertisers, Links to Other Sites
Koinup allows other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to
serve advertisements within the Koinup Sites. These third-party ad servers or ad
networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and
links that appear on the Koinup Sites. They automatically receive your IP address
when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript,
or Web Beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize
the advertising content you see.
Koinup does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party
ad servers or ad networks without your consent or except as part of a specific program
or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. However, please
note that if an advertiser asks Koinup to show an advertisement to a certain audience
(for example, men ages 18-34) or audience segment (for example, men ages 18-24 who
have viewed certain channels of content) and you respond to that advertisement,
the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience
they are trying to reach. The advertiser may also use information regarding your
use of the Koinup Sites, such as the number of times you viewed an ad (but not any
personally identifiable information), to determine which ads to deliver to you.

Users may always appeal to the Processing Manager (see above contact info) to assert
their rights as set out in Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, which states the

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence, or
not, of personal details that regard him/her, even if not yet registered, and the
communication thereof in an intelligible form.

declaration that the operations set out in letters a) and b) above, also as regards
their content, have been brought to the notice of those to whom the data was communicated
or disseminated, excepting those cases in which this is impossible or would require
a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the right being protected.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part, to:
a. the processing of personal data that regards him/her, for legitimate motives,
even though pertinent to the purpose of their collection;
b. the processing of personal data that regards him/her for the purpose of sending
publicity material or direct selling, for carrying out market research or sending
commercial messages.
Our Commitment To Data Security
Koinup uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards
to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot,
however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Koinup
and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information,
Koinup makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems.
If Koinup learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you
electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Koinup may post
a notice on the Koinup Sites if a security breach occurs.
