Thanks, Trixi, Kadi and Monroe. Oh, and about the smoke, in this case is not added with Photoshop, is particles in Second Life, but if you want to do smoke with Photoshop you need to use brushes. Actually the fire of the lighter is made with smoke brushes and edited with the "Liquify" tool to make it look like a flame.
