Taking the time to explore SL6B now is not so full and there are only some days more of it. Is surprising what you can find around, or how some stuff can change so much depending the angle of the camera...

Hey, thanks for the photo!
This was taken from the building I made with a team of Italian friends :-)

Being SL6B's theme the "Future of Virtual Worlds", we chose to set our exhibit in year 2024. Our building represents some hypothetical use cases for virtual environments in 2024.

These blue men represent people on the street using a portable mini-projector. Those devices will probably be common in the next few years, so why shouldn't we use them to display virtual worlds too?

Maybe we just need to accomplish a quick task in the virtual environment. We don't want to go to a computer - well, no need to find a computer+display: do it on the fly by creating a instant display using your portable projector (that obviously will be a portable computer too, much powerful than today's computers).
:-)

Hi,
I moderate a group called Blue, and we'd love to have this added to the group!
