A lot of people are dying of the earthquake, the tsunami, and a fire.
Because it was too a severe earthquake, the scale of damage has not been yet clarified.
Perhaps, we are to see this many sad numbers.
We will talk about the dream and hope to get over sadness.

Neko... I opened TV to have coffe early in the morning, exactly at the moment they were capturing live images from the tsunami destroying all. So so sad. You know, I am a geologist (not practicing, cause i made the option to teach kids) but I understand very well what this is and the origins, danger and consequences of it... Hope international comunity can help you as much as they can to ease your pain and difficulties next times to come. We will be paying attention, yes... Really sorry you have to suffer all this...

I have been following this online since early yesterday morning and my heart breaks for the people effected by this while my mind boggles as the sheer magnitude of this unfolding tragedy. The world is watching and reaching out, I hope our countries relief agencies arrive as soon as possible to help Japan in any way needed.

I have no doubt that the people of the world will rally around the needs of the Japanese people in this time of disaster. There is compassion amoung all the people I know from so many different countries; those who can help, will. Just know, Neko, that your friends are sharing your worry and concern and we are all here for you if you need us. In Southeast Asia we remember well the tsunami of 26 December 2004. These images from Japan bring
back sad memories. Then people from all over the world helped to rebuild, which was amazing to see.
I hope the same for Japan.
