Nyotaimori is Japanese for "feminine body sushi;" basically, it's sushi and nudity blended into art on a female form. Nyotaimori: Jenliu I (draft) is a completely unedited photo straight from Second Life. The shape, eyes, and skin is custom designed by Ina Centaur (Photoshop and modo and zbrush), and will soon be available for sale in her inworld store IC-Skins. The hair is from Deviant Kitties. The leaves and spiky flowers are sculpties created by Cel Edman. The roses are sculpties created by Wisdom Streeter. The pillows are created by Michaleangeo David. The sculpted sushi are hand-shaped and painted by Ina Centaur in SculptyPaint and Modo and zbrush. The set is built by Ina Centaur (me). After creating the elements, the next part is conjuring both the patience and the time to hand place each piece. Although I have always cringed at the process of having to pace prims without the precision I've been spoiled by in modo and maya, I somehow managed to place a bunch of sushi on my avatar body. The photo is taken using the old "pre-Windlight" Second Life viewer 1.19.0 (5), for proper lighting to achieve maximal avatar realness. (This is also the viewer for those who cannot afford the spazzy high end cards... or for those who like to massively multitask with maya, modo, photoshop, illustrator, zbrush, Word, Excel, email, 500 tabs on Firefox and IE, and sculptypaint all open at the same time!) It's largely a work in progress, and the author hasn't had the chance to make the real sushi. Notice that the nyotaimori is covered with all maki, and shrimp and salvon are the closest to sashimi. (There is also no wasabi. This really is baby sushi for the uninitiated!) (still in progress but trying to make the midnight (hawaii) deadline for orange contest) See 12:00 am midnight timestamped postcard here. koinup.com/ina/work/43750/
