OK I know nothing about IMVU so I will comment on what I can. Great pose and love the background...very funky. The two thinks that stand out to me are the hand and the neckline. The neckline can be softened using the blur and clone/heal tools on your post prod suite, its currently rather jagged. The hand is very oversized...and that may be an IMVU thing but anyway it looks odd. Try making it a selection and then resizing it. If you use layers you can copy it to a new layer and resize it there and then use the clone tool to patch up the background. If you don't use layers you could still do this technique, its just more flexible with layers. I hope this helps.
