Urban Savages

Now we begin to get underway, but maybe I should help to clarify what I mean by "Urban Savages".  Urban savages are the warriors of the asphalt wasteland, the natives of the concrete jungle. They band togeher in tribal gangs, or go it alone in the brutal streets. They are cyborgs and nekos, hobos and homeless, warriors and wanderers in an urban or post-apocalyptic wasteland. Urban Savages live in dumpsters, abandoned cars, empty warehouses.  Mad Max wa an urban savage. And that boat guy from water-world. (He had a name, didn't he?) The rogue robots of Blade Runner. Shadowrunners and 1-percenters are definitely urban savages, and most of the cast of The Matrix.  They are clad in denim and leather and latex, spark plugs and spandex, bedecked with tattoos and piercings. They wield weapons of every concievable size and shape, both melee and firearms, and in almost every setting, they would be considered dangerous individuals. Are you an urban savage? Do you know some?
