.Ina Centaur has asked me to share my SL windlight techniques. Thanks for her question, and I am glad a great artist like her is watching me at flickr, and may be here too.
.This is the photo that Ina saw in flickr.com, and asked me how did i do it.
.My flickr id is "donhosho" too
.So how did I do that? shall we start from first with a new fresh photo?

. Pick a nice spot in second life and make sure You like it.
1-
ctrl - p > graphics > light detail > sun and moon only is checked.
2-
world > environment settings > Enviornment Editor.
|
|
3-
east angle: move the slide until the sun to move and placed exactly behind the objects.. so the objects will look dark.
4-
get ride of the clouds:
ctrl - alt - shift - -
5-
sun/moon color: R,G,B all at maximum 1.00
6-
Ambient. R, G, B all are 0.03
(or increase it a bit if u like )
7-
focus: 0.50
size 1.99
The page is now white!! don't worry, just move the slide of size back a bit until the background is white, and u see big part of the forgrownd, for this picture it worked with: size 1.92
8-
move the focus slide back until u get the pleasing blank background.. focus 0.23 worked here too
9-
decrease the scene gamma a little 0.91
now You got ride of the background :)
