Somebody passed this LM onto me a long time ago but I never had a chance to visit it. Yesterday night I decided to look into my inventory and jump into the first place I did not remember. I arrived into New Caerleon:

This is one of the statues there, depending on the sky one chooses her hair moves and her entire body changes colors, etc.
