I made this for the RfL Sims, as a crash course in Second Life surfing. 4 visual boards with the bare-bones basics on them. The textures are also available in world, you can click on the boards and you'll get a copy of all 4 textures.
This is the special moves board, which has all the info on it about how to do the tricks the board is scripted to do.
