I have been active in Second Life from late 2006, originally to check out what IBM was doing there. Meanwhile I'm still there, but I'm also in Twinity, OpenSim, Just Leap In and other places. A while ago I decided I wanted to try a real MMORPG game, so I entered Eve Online which I find very appealing, both visual and gameplay wise.
I usually don't alter my snapshots. I try to find the best angle or position, save the screenshot and if it's any good I'll upload it. No effects, corrections, filters or anything besides a bit of cropping, but even that is rare.
