A long time coming...but here it is!!...my first dress in my new clothing line, Scarlett Niven Signature. This dress will NOT be sold, but given as a gift to my ScarlettCast subscribers and vendor hosts. I hope it will be a teaser of what I have planned for my line. Rich brocades, fabulous textures and wearable art so to speak.
