I like the cloud/star effect. Not playing WoW, is that part of the backdrop?

It's from a region called netherstorm, its just the sky they have there :) they did a pretty good job on it compaired to the rest of wow. Then agian wow is rather notorious for its texture warping and lack of static meshes O.o
