Technique: None. Lots of fiddling with Windlight, however, to get the particular lighting you see here such as the glare of the green sun behind the Ozma's Palace. Also, I used RenderGlowMinsomething-or-other in the Debug menu, setting it to 0, hence the blown out lighting on light surfaces such as the shirt. Gives a nice look, I think.
