While the tone for this picture causes it to be more intense. The subject is kind of washed away into the background. Great idea on the color might just want to liven her up a bit. Excellent set of the two pictures.

I do not know what application you use for your pictures but you could try to "select" the subject then inverse so the rest of the picture is selected, then do the apply the tone/color to the background leaving her the original color. Or try to apply 2/3 layers changing the blending mode in each one until you get the desired feel/look for the entire picture. Best of luck Panteleimon.
Now I'm going to go against the crowd and say I prefer this one (and I clearly know nothing because everyone likes the other best lol). For me...she looks actually more natural..albeit obviously she has a colour wash over her...but the skin actually looks more realistic. Yes she could be lifted a little more as Ji suggests but I feel she sticks out a bit in the other, like she has been added on. I love the treatment of both tho...really artistic and the colours are gorgeous.
