It was, and will be, Quiet
Here's a quick explanation of the picture:
The birds are just startled by the gunshot of the killer, so it was quiet. There's a lady walking by in the background, pretending to not notice what's going on, because she knows that she should just stay out of it, knowing that it will be quiet again in just a second
Also, we don't know the motive of the killer, but it alludes to shutting up the victim
