This wallpaper is a Cross World composition. The background was taken from the game Risen, Luisa is a Sims 2, posed in SimPose 2...
I've also added the elfish mark (right wall), lighted the torch and put some magic in Luisa's hand. Like on most of my works the body, hair and skin of the model was slightly (more or less) manipulated in Photoshop during post processing.
Then i decided that the scene looks best with a blue stain.
