My approach.
1 crop to place figure to the left reaching right. Careful to keep the round shape to the right.
2. lighten light facing side of figure to emphasis light source. Darken shadow side of figure. Add extra light to the those
2.dup layer and motion blur 2nd layer
3.erase through 2nd layer to place figure back into focus. blur edges to blend figure with background (could have done a better job here)
4. color reduce the read cast. really played with it to get what I wanted
5. levels on the dark side
6. increased canvas size .3 and colored edge black for framing.
Thats all folks.

I added a secondary tag to distinguish this pileup from the others

Each pileup have to feature two tag:
The primary tag: pileup
The secondary tag: in this case it is princetownpileup

here you have all the pileups make on this:

future contribution to this pileup have to include both the tags

Thanks Pier for the info. Also Ji - thanks for the comments - I liked your radial blur...this is just motion blur...

Very cool Monroe! Make me think she is in some sort of park, with a colorful carrousel behind her or maybe it just life, going fast while she tries to hold onto something ... I love how you emphasized her fingers, very very suggestive!

Thanks Monroe for the detailed instructions. I am trying to learn as much as I can about using ps techniques for sl photography and details like this help a lot. I love this effect, it gives a lot of motion to the shot. Beautiful!
