Alice Through the Looking Glass for a new generation.

9 months of creative effort went into making this machinima piece with the Sims 2. I'm sure I could have made it quicker, but, I lost my creative edge about 1/4th the way thru and had to wait on its return lol.

Anyway, I'd noticed that this was obviously a theme people wanted to see and have tried time and time again but its rarely successful, so, I thought I'd give it a turn myself.

I focused more on creating a new version of Wonderland with the characters and didn't stick with the "story" at all, hoping that maybe it would give the story itself a bit of a new foundation. It's still a bit cliche'd in my opinion, but, its a timeless classic of sorts so I think there isn't much way to avoid that entirely, but I gave it an honest attempt at least.

Best Sim movie ever made Jovial, without a doubt. Wooooootttttttt. Well worth the wait and then some! Words just don't sum up what your beautiful pictures do, they speak for themselves. Tweedle 1 made me freak out and smile all at the same time. :)

No words can describe it! For me, it's masterpiece not only inside the machinima scene, but also inside the whole video and movies scene, too!
Alice describes our nightmares as only great movies directors could do!
I'd like to ask you a million of questions on how you has been able to make it using TS2....

I'm fond of contemporary art, so I've seen a lot of videos... but this is the most smart and moving video i've ever seen!!! A wonderful masterpiece! I have to pause and then restart to watch it, i've been overwhelmed by a stream of emotions... and it makes me think a lot, also...
u have the ability to give new meanings to old things, wow!

The previous posters have said almost everything I wanted to say about how astonishingly accomplished you are as visual storyteller, never mind the genre or the technology, which is just a means to an end anyway. That said it does have the darkness of a lot of Polish animation from more traditional stop-frame schools of production, but you have made this all your own with your own mix of horror and beauty - you are developing a wonderful style and are an exceptional auter. I really look forward to more from you soon please! Brilliant stuff!
