yes
Photo taken in SL. Did some photoshopping on the hands to try to bring them out more...used liquify filter to smooth out the sharp edges, and used the burn tool to add some shading. Then I made a copy of that layer, guassian blurred it slightly, less than 1.0 and adding a layer mask to that layer...filled it with black. Used a small brush, making sure the black layer mask is chosen...I smoothed out some of the hard shadows and edges. Merged the layers..created another, chose a smaller brush, using black at about 10%, I just went over some edges to make shadows...blurred that layer again with gaussian blur. Merged...used the eyedropper to pick out a shadow color on the lighter skin...and went back over the shadows again with that color at a lighter opacity. Finally used the burn tool to add some depth to the edges of the skin...where the two meet. Created another copy of main layer and set gaussian blur so that just the shapes could be made out. Set the blending mode too overlay and that sort of creates the softness that I like. I then used a slight bit of distort>glow to get more contrast without blaring it out (just slight), added the black border at top and bottom and saved. Had to add one more thing...this is my partner with me...at the pool at our home. Since we're in two different time zones...countries..any moments that we get together are made even more special. This one means a lot to me...not only as the moment in time in SL...but as a special memory that I will always cherish. Thank you Peter. I love you.
