I edited this pic in Paintshop Pro XI, with a little help from Paint.net. First i clarified it and did a noise removal and went along the edges w/ the warp brush. I then copied it over to paint.net to soften. Brought it back to PsP and used Virtual Photographers disposal, lowering the film speed all the way down. I duplicated the layer and added a gaussian blur, adjusted and merged. I then played with the brightness/contrast, did a high pass sharpen and pretty much was done.
