Screenshots work the same way as WoW... you hit print screen and it saves a copy of the screenshot to a screenshots folder which is very handy. It took some digging around to figure out how to hide the interface but it's shift + z. I haven't tried Fraps yet inside, I'll give that a shot as soon as I can. :D
