She wandered ashore from the deep where she had been waiting...
The Island looked deserted, this may be a good place to make a home she thought.
Food behind the counter looked fresh, brightly colored sweets and coffee, yes, people had to be here.
She could hear music coming from somewhere, someone was here!
The sound got louder, she quickly hid in a dark corner and waited. No one wandered by.
She gathered her senses and decided to explore some more. She pondered what she may find.
A meeting place. She stood there still hearing a distant sound of music, it sounded like...It's raining men...she knew her music well..odd song she thought. She decided to keep searching...
Looking through the window she seen no one..the music was getting louder though. She must be close.
Maybe it was one of the watery channels that that the sound came from. It seemed to echo through the buildings. No one was found.
Climbing to the roof she had a view of the town square. Fresh flowers properly placed, a wandering Cat, surely someones pet.
This area was well lit and the music was the loudest. She heard what sounded like humming. Someone was here. It was coming from an upper balcony!
What did she see pouncing over the railing with such grace? The singing now was clear, she knew now where it came from and startled her.
"it's raining Men, in Spanish!"
There it was, in full color and smiling from ear to ear. The music now was full blast!
The stairs was his perch as he did his rendition of Vogue!
A sight to behold. Pretty in pink! So this was our singer!
She ran like heck toward the beach. Human yes, possible mate or dinner? NO!
She ran back to the water to swim back to her hidden Island. She would search other places. She heard close by was the Florida Keys, surely such humans wouldn't exist there. (wow she in for a surprise)
Tula took a seat in the square. She looked over at her sleeping friend RuPaul who was snoozing away,
"no dollars today my friend, we must find new music I guess"
Tula pondered her next act. Surely she will have more visitors to her beautiful Cuba. Now to rearrange those flowers....
