woooot this was a nice pice to do, pretty flowiness.
I adjustd the colours to a blue sort of tone with the colour balance, then gave it a sepia filter. liquidised a little of the edges, used clouds for the backgroud, used many blends, blurs and layer styles to get the right levels of almost dreaminess or something.
lol could i have been anymore vague...jeeez...i'll type a few of my methods up one of these days.
(and yes im a lil pileup mad at the moment but my sl prefefences arent working atm so no photography for me...sniffs....)
