Thank you for sharing with the rest of us, here is my take on your photograph - koinup.com/Ji_Dallagio/work/54986/

1. Extracted subject from background
2. created new background in black, free transformed subject, re sized to fit new layer.
3. smudge tool on certain parts and corrected the arm.
4. merged all layers together and cmd+J to duplicate the layer
5. changed blend mode to overlay and did a gaussian blur at 5.0 px
6. lower opacity to 40 % and merged layers down again
7. reselected the subject copied to new layer, changed blend mode to screen and opacity to 15 % and with the move tool moved off to the side.
8. added noise and merged layers down.
9. added different brushes and settings and created a slight border around the photograph
10 went to image, apply image set it to multiply and then changed opacity down to 60 %
11. merged all layers did some minor adjustments and added text.
