Winner Hosoi Ichiba Machinima Awards 2008
The very first Hosoi Ichiba Machinima Awards Contest is closed and we, the Hosoi Ichiba Crew have picked a winner.
First I want to thank all of you that made this contest possible, the various artists, their crew and the members of the jury. Not many people know that making a movie in a 3D based environment is very hard to do, especially in Second Life. You need skills, creativity, actors, a storyline and a whole lot of time to even come close to a reasonable production. But, some of you did manage to come a very long way!
As you all probably know this is the first Hosoi Ichiba Machinima Awards ever and we did our very best to attract as many artists as possible. But for some reason however we did not get as many contributions as we hoped for. Among the contributions that we did receive, however, we found a few real gems. You guys made it very hard for our jury to pick the best production. But, they managed to do so!
