There didn't seem to be any obvious security, flight control or gaurds that you routinely find in today's airports and no one seemed concerned about me wandering out onto the runway. Maybe it was off season? In any case, it was refreshing to be far away from the present day paranoia and fear surrounding international travel. I guess future interstellar travelers are fairly carefree. I found that to be a very comforting thought.
